My Gym

My Gym is a new concept of fitness for children between 6 weeks and 13 years old, taught by specialized instructors. Currently, more than 80,000 children attend weekly to one of the 180 My Gym centers spread across 20 countries worldwide.

My Gym offers structured classes, including not only fun gymnastics, but also games, races, dances, songs, puppets, sports, and other fun activities that help develop the skills most needed by children.
